Remote Control Software

I've just purchased a new Harmony 300, but yet across 3 PC's (Win 7, 64 bit, Win 7, 32 bit, and MAc OSX 10.6), it gets to 80% of the sync, then dies and tells me to connect and reconnect.

Now assuming that I didn't buy a dud, can I somehow reset the remote and/or my account to remove these details and start over?  Each time I click the link I am presented with the 3 devices I was setting up, but if I can do them one at a time I may be luckier.

Wow! you got further than I did!  The software won't install for me.  1 file won't 'self-register or unregister'.  grrrrr

Ah well, I guess it was only $28 - looks like i'll just return it and move on.

The Harmony 300 seems to be a piece of junk.  Just take it back and save yourself some time.
