Remote Control Software

My Harmony 650 remote has skip forward and fast forward function to control my DISH VIP 622 DVR.  The buttons are reversed in what they do (backwords buttons are the same).  I tried to customize the buttons to make them work the way they were intended to work.  But, that does not fix it.   I cannot imagine that I am the only one that has had this problem.  Any suggestions?

Be sur that you are also doing your changes in both your Devices and also in your Activitys, changes made in devices are not carried over to activities.

That's exactly what it was.  Too bad that it has to be programmed backwards to work, but it works and that's the important part.
