Harmony 650.  Harmony Remote Software: V7.7.  TV: Hitachi L42EC05AU.

Input selection works fine normally except after power on.

TV power on delay set to 20 sec. (default is 5 sec, manufacturer says 15 secs, but it needs to be 20 sec).

Cycling through inputs, TV does not skip inputs with no signal.

TV uses "input" button, followed by "up" or "down" buttons, and "OK" to select new input.

On-screen input menu does not default to DTV.

TV powers on at last input setting - all set correctly in the software.

If system is powered "all off" after watching DVD, then select "Watch TV"  there is no input change activity from the 650 after the power on delay.  We have to go through the painful "help" process to get it back to DTV.

Constructive suggestions please.

Hi shhhhh, 

Since you have change the Power On Delay to 20 secs but still your TV wont change input from off state, try to increase it gradually by 2 secs more until the TV switches inputs.
