Hi I have a harmony 650 that is not turning on or off my Polk audio sound bar however when I go to devices and use the power toggle button it does work fine just not want to use the activities buttong

Does using the Help button power on the sound bar?

No it does not buy using devices and power toggle does

So just to be sure, you start an Activity that includes the sound bar, and it does not turn on, then pressing the Help button still does not turn it on until you go to Devices, Sound bar, Powertoggle.  By chance in your setup you do you have the sound bar to be always on?
