Harmony 880 and Vista MCE Remote VRC-1100

I can't get my Harmony to mimic the VRC-1100.  I've tried using ORtec, Auviso and Hama but all will work just a few functions (TV guide, up, down) but nothing that makes it useful and none of the functions apear on the Harmony display.  Do I have to 'teach' the Harmony or is there another device that will work?

The VRC-1100 works great with my Windows 7 64bit Media Center but, of course, I want to control the other components too.

Thanks much.

p.s. This is cross posted to the Harmony Remotes category but didn't get any response.

FWIW, I added that device to my account and see every function (46 of them). I can't explain why it wouldn't work for you.

Thanks for the reply.  So I guess setting up that remote is possible.  What manufacture did you use? Microsoft, ORtec or somebody else?

Computer - Media Center - ORtec - VRC-1100. If you strike out, just learn everything.

Re: Harmony 880 and Vista MCE Remote VRC-1100

Was anyone able to get the mouse navigation buttons to work on the harmony? I appreciate any guidance on this. I also have the VRC-1100 and the Harmony picked up the commands but I need the mouse navigation.
