Remote Control Software

I have a motorized projector screen.  The device isn't listed so I'd like to create a new component so that I can control the screen (up and down).  Is this possible?  If not, maybe I could learn a couple buttons on my projector component (which was listed).

Are you sure that the Screen is controlled by IR and not by RF?  If it is IR, try adding it as a Home Automation/Home Appliance.  You could teach commands then from your original remote if needed.

It is RF.  Yeah, I kind of figured I'd have to teach it to the Harmony.  No biggie

If it is RF then you cannot control it with a Harmony or any other universal remote.  The 900 can only send RF to it's own Blaster and the Blaster in turn sends IR to the devices. So it will be impossible to learn commands from an RF remote.
