Harmony App Displays Wrong Remote for my TV

When I first set this up, it displayed the correct remote options for my Sony KDL-46NX800, but now it displays a much less functional remote. I can change channels and adjust volume, but I no longer have the ability to select options from the XMB type interface, to include widgets, Internet video, and more. Any suggestions?
