I solve part of the problem!
My Computer to Linksys Router to Cable Modem.... took off the Linksys from the equation... and it work!
I have a Linksys E3000 router... didnt figure out yet what is wrong with it...
My father is link this way: Computer to Linksys WRT54G to DSL modem and it work.
Can anyone confirm my theory???

I've had the same "session timeout" issue for the last couple of weeks, while trying to make some minor changes on my 785 remote. Very very frustrating indeed.
Before that never encounter such issues.
The thing is, my 785 is -after years of problem free use- weared out and needs replacement.
My initial thought was, OK, I will buy me an 900 (I need the RF functionality in my new home) and do a simple update from the old to the new remote.
On this forum I learned this is not possible with the 900 and 1100, meaning I will have to program the 900 from scratch.
But......programming the 900 from scratch with this horrible software???
Actually I'm not sure what to do; are there alternatives for the Harmony remotes that have more or less the same capabilities and in the same price range?

A couple of days ago I ordered a Harmony 300i so that I could control my sony DVD player.
The postal service was excellent and I looked forward to getting it up and running.
However, the problems have started - the online page seems to provide a timer that rapidly spins to
100%, and then just spins forever.
If I install the 7.7.0 (downloaded as LogitechHarmonyRemote7.5.0-WIN-x86.exe I think !!!)
then I can login but it never gets past the "Check Connection" stage.
If I use LogitechHarmonySoftware.exe (think this was using download button from the Logitec site)
it quickly installs 19 updates, then restarts installs a few more updates, then restarts installs a few
more updates - but never gets to the point where I can configure the remote!
Advice here says to update the firmware, but the software needs to get beyond the check connection
step before you can do this.
What is the best way to proceed?
1) Get a refund as quick as I can
2) Assume that the 4 month old problem will go away soon
3) Try and get an older version of the software
4) Spend several hours trying to change routers, compatability modes, and install/uninstall

The 7.7 software will not work with the 300i, you can only use MyHarmony.com, and you also have to have the latest version of Microsoft Silverlight installed

If you guys are upset about one remote, what about us, dealers, and with almost 800 on our account?
Basically on the last months we are wasting HOURS per week trying to configure new remotes or update existing ones.
This is RIDICULOUS and UNACEPTABLE. It's not one day, nor one week. It's going for MONTHS!
I'm freaking pissed for staying five to 10 times longer in a customer or having to come back later, simply because logiBLARGH can't keep up or fix a bug.
I also called to complain a few times, but the agents can't do anything else other than saying "I appologize for the incovenience" and "please keep trying".
WHO'S PAYING FOR MY TIME AND GAS? We have employees, who is paying for THEIR time and gas?
Can't wait for a serious competitor with least expensive and easy to configure remotes. Unfortunately RTI and Unviversal take too long to configure and aren't so user friendly.
