Harmony One and Sony AVR

I've got a Sony STR-DN1020 which has the "feature" of automatically turning itself into Standby whenever the TV (a Pioneer TH42PX60U) is turned off.   Unfortunately, when powering everything off, the Harmony One remote powers the TV off first, which starts the AVR to standby.  The Harmony One then cycles the power to the AVR, causing it to come out of standby, since it obviously didn't expect the auto-standby feature.   Any help fixing this would be appreciated.

Thanks!

You need to turn off HDMI-CEC (Bravia link)control on your devices.  It will not work with Harmony's Power and Input settings

Re: Harmony One and Sony AVR

Thanks for the reply, and I did try going into the UI Mode and disabling "Auto Standby", as there doesn't seem to be anything in there about "Bravia Sync".  Unfortunately, this didn't resolve the issue, and merely turning off the TV still sends the Sony AVR into standy, and the Harmony remote then proceeds to turn the AVR back on when it tries to turn it off.

Is there really any excuse for not accepting all three codes in these AVRs (On, Off, PowerToggle)?  Seems to me that's just a very small amount of programming to accept all 3 instead of just PowerToggle.

Re: Harmony One and Sony AVR

I found it.   There's an HDMI Control On/Off setting.  Turning it off worked.

Thanks!
