Harmony Remote Software - Login Issues

Hello - 

 

I am having issues logging in to the Logitech Harmony Remote Software on a Mac OS X 10.6.6 system.  I am presented with the login screen without any issues; however, when I login it takes me first to the "Getting Started" tab with all my information prefilled.  If I click "Next" and move to the next screen, again it presents me with prefilled information.  Then if you click "Next" again it will display a blank page saying it is "Unable to display content."  This is an ongoing issue that I experienced last time I was reconfiguring the remote.  I am not certain how I was able to circumvent the problem before, but somehow I got in and was able to program the remote normally.  This time I am not having so much luck though!  I have gone through the procedure of deleting the "browser" folder and plist files under /Users/UserName/Library/ApplicationSupport/Logitech but that didn't fix the issue.  Has anyone else experienced this issue?  *Currently running HRS version 7.7

Definitely an account issue!!  Tried accessing via a Windows machine after a fresh install and had the same issue :smileysad:

 

I absolutely love businesses who don't have 24 x 7 tech support... now I must wait until tomorrow :smileymad: Inconvenience at it's premium.  What do these businesses expect when you work a regular 8-5pm job?!
