Consider this a LOUD complaint.  I have two Harmony 900 remotes, each only a few months old, and I expect Logitech to upgrade their software so I can continue to use my very expensive remotes.  FIx it, Logitiech.

Well I'l be darned. No LION support? Just purchased the Harmonly 1100 and can't even use it. A brand new doorstop. Guess I'll get Logitech a few days to get an OS X fix as I can return this for several weeks. Give us LION support!

Another complaint and signal that if this does not get fixed ASAP, might as well change my Harmony One and Harmony 900 remote to URC remotes.

This issue has existed from before Lion was released - it was an issue in Snow Leopard when 64-bit mode was enabled.

 

Logitech, you have had at least a year to get this working.  Jobs asked developers for 64-bit Apps back in 2008!

 

Consider this another complaint, and another cusotmer ready to jump ship from the brand as a whole.  As someone who works in IT, that means telling all my clients to avoid it, too.

This is absolutely 100% unacceptable.  Even after digging and clawing through forums and instructions off of various posts it is near impossible to set up my 1100.  It took me over 2 hours to set up from scratch and numerous problems at the beginning middle and end. 

 

I could write up a simple clean and easy way to do what Logitech apparently doesn't cover, do, or feel the need to do but unless this is fixed I will never in a million years buy a Logitech device of any kind.  Just in case that doesn't matter ... Neither will my company.  Fortune 500, with over 300k in Logitech products in the environment currently.  I/we will find another option based on the lack of customer support on an end user basis as well as an enterprise. 

 

This is absolutely DISGUSTING.

 

Is this enough of a complaint Logitech?!

I've a Harmony 900 and it is not possible for me to add any new device and customize an action.

Logitech, this is unacceptable. Many people who have bought your products in good fairth are unable to use them.

 

At the very least, an acknowledgement of the issues and a timeframe when they are fixed; you owe your customers at least that much.
