Perhaps Logitech should seriously think ahead in this matter as Mountain Lion OS 10.8 is going to FULLY utilise the App Store for all software updates and Apple is encouraging all third party vendors to go down this road. So your next version of the remote software should be an App.

I totally agree, come on Logitech keep up, your software is now one Apple OSX release, Lion 10.7, behind please do not let it become 2 releases.

Add me to the list of extremely angry (and longtime) Harmony customers. Come on Logitech, get your act together. I appreciate the fact that you're 'working on a solution' but talk is cheap. Get us a viable 64 bit option, please. Soon.

Joerg Tewes (message 229). This is music to my ears! You have no idea how much time, money, and energy I have wasted these past three months trying to get this software to work on my Mac. Sadly, I am one of those unlucky ones, unable to synch the remote to the drivers. I'm now totally reliant on my neighbour's Windows machine -- as you can imagine, my constant pestering for help has strained our relationship! Yes, please make this issue a highest priority. I just discovered I couldn't update my Harmony Remote either.  And reply #229 from Logitech?  Too little, too late!  They could have fixed this ONE YEAR ago, since Lion was available to developers early.

They have to update the software.  Mountain Lion is going to be 64bit only.  There will be no way to boot into 32bit mode.

Please consider this my complaint.

Without an upgrade for Lion my remote is useless as it cannot be upgraded/changed
