I only bring up these issues, because OS X is going to continue to evolve and there will be a new version coming soon (10.8), so it behooves Logitech to keep their OS X software up to date since I doubt anyone would like this situation to just happen again next summer.
Perhaps Logitech should seriously think ahead in this matter as Mountain Lion OS 10.8 is going to FULLY utilise the App Store for all software updates and Apple is encouraging all third party vendors to go down this road. So your next version of the remote software should be an App.

I totally agree, come on Logitech keep up, your software is now one Apple OSX release, Lion 10.7, behind please do not let it become 2 releases.

Add me to the list of extremely angry (and longtime) Harmony customers. Come on Logitech, get your act together. I appreciate the fact that you're 'working on a solution' but talk is cheap. Get us a viable 64 bit option, please. Soon.

I just discovered I couldn't update my Harmony Remote either. And reply #229 from Logitech? Too little, too late! They could have fixed this ONE YEAR ago, since Lion was available to developers early.
