Our TV is a 42" HD model, and has several inputs. There are HDMI 1 and HDMI 2, and the software gets these BACKWARDS. When I tell it to set the TV to HDMI 1, it actually sets the TV to HDMI 2. Since we USE HDMI 2, I had to change the program to tell the remote to use HDMI 1, because when I programmed it to use HDMI 2, it put the TV on HDMI 1. All other functiions seem to be correct with the remote operating this TV.

If you are using Direct Inoput commands it sounds like you have fixed the issue
If you are using method one for inout selction you would just need to use the help function to get the TV back in Sync with the Harmony
