Hello I attempted to program my harmony remotes recently and every time I attempt to load the software it states the error listed in the subject line. To see if the problem was the antivirus and or firewall I have disabled them temporarily to attempt to program the remotes. I have also attempted to uninstall and reinstall the software. My equipment is as followed Harmony remote 900,One,670,550. I have previously been able to program the other remotes using Windows Vista & XP however have since upgraded my computer to a Lenovo V570 Windows 7 Home Premium. The AntiVirus that is being used is the Norton Security Suite. I have attempted to log in online to members.harmonyremote.com and have been able to log in to already programmed remotes however am unable to program new remotes when it gets to the uploading information to remote screen it displays
- ERROR: Uploading remote control information to web : RRL_IOException_/xmluserrfsetting - The information was not sent. Check your USB cable and try again. If the problem persists, contact customer service.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as this is getting quite frustrating.
Thanks in advance.

Are you using a WI-FI? If YES then try to run the software using a hardwired connection. And if that will not do it try to Boot your windows7 into safemode with networking.
