I have easy solution I'm going to return mine and never going to recommend or use harmony logitech products again. where is the support?

Usually that does matter, but it is best to make sure that your java is up to date and also try disabling all security software and firewalls.

Will be returning mine as well, and never recommending another Logitech product again.  This is embarassing in this day and age that a major company can not make something as simple as an installer work.

I can download the Logitech Harmony Software, but after the install, there's no application anywhere.

Therefore, I have no way of retrieving all of my devices/activites/settings for my Harmony One!

I just got a Harmony 300, and Windows 7 doesn't even recognize it, therefore the myharmony.com doesn't work.

Now I can't make changes to the One and I can't configure the 300.

What on earth is going on?

I don't have the L.H. Software anymore on my pc because I re-imaged it.  I thought it would be simple to get the Logitech software going again (web or application)

Need help!
