Remote Control Software

I created a sequence I called Pwr Toggle.  I have two devices with the PowerToggle action so that I can toggle home theater system and Tv power at same time.  Now when I go to update the remote the sequence is blank and does not exist but shows fine in the software.   What is going on?  Why will this 2 action sequence not work?

Logitech 890

my sequence for hotkey A , B, C, and D work fine.   But them are single action sequence because I wanted to repeat on another screen.  But this sequence is a dual action sequence that will not save.

No help with this problem?  Well guess I have to submit a ticket to support.

This is a User to User Forum. Logitech employees do respond sometimes, but you may get better results trying to call or email them.

Yeah and it found it's a **bleep** software problem!   Also found out my firmware never updated the remote had to be put in safe mode for it to update properly.   The software needs to be fixed it has a major flaws in it regarding sequence.. Name the sequence anything different than close to the command the sequence will not show up in the buttons.

Additonal Buttons > created sequence Start Cycling the command is HotkeyA.   If I name command Hotkey A the sequence works but if I name it Start Cycling the button is blank and will not display or save.  What a bug!   So to test I even tried it on an older Harmony 880 I have which did the same exact thing so that proves it's a **bleep** major software bug!

I know one thing I believe this will be my LAST remote from Logitech as they do not seem to **bleep** well care and will not fix there software!
