I could not find "Home Theater" from the Catagories. Which Cat. should I selected? Please Help...

It would be under Amplifiers/Mini System

Thanks, however, do I need to map all buttons after I selected the cat. Ampifier for my Home Theater system? Or it should be auto mapped?

They should auto map.  Depending what method you are using to setup your 650, MyHarmony.com or the 7.7 software as to how you would go and map any missed buttons.
