My 880 is not responding to the "OK" input. I can scroll through the guide, but when I try to select a channel, the only thing that pops up is a window that says Guide Options. It will not select the channel. Have to use original remote to actually select the channel. Not sure if it's in the setup or the cable box.

You have 2 options:

1. manually map the button "OK" when you customize your buttons with your software 7.7.0.

2. learn the Infrared command using your original remote. You just have to plug your remote to your computer while logged in to your account, then go to "learn IR". It is important to see that you have successfully learned the command which will show on he software itself, or "fail" will appear if it isn't, so redo if seen failed.
