I cannot install my Harmony 300 because I get a timeout when trying to create a new account. It says its waiting for myharmony.com for what it seems like forever, and then gives me a timeout error.
I have used the newest versions of Safari, Firefox, and even Chrome. I have installed the newest Silverlight plugins. I have opened each browser in 32-bit mode (if available).
I am on the latest version of Mac OS Snow Leopard. This is unbelievable.

No way I can Update my remote! With IE I´m able to make changes, but the sync fails... tested with several PC´s...
An answer or a solution would be nice.

I would suggest you contact our Support team by phone or email to get this resolved quickly and figure out what is happening with the remote. At the bottom of this page click Contact to see the appropriate numbers for support.
