Can someone explain what happened to me? I had a Harmony 600 and then upgraded to a Harmony One this past December. On my account I wrote over the settings for the Harmony 600 with the settings for my Harmony One. Everything was fine until I logged in last week and noticed my account showed the settings for my Harmony 600. Luckily I noticed this and did not hit the "update remote" button.
I wrote in directly to customer support and they said there are two accounts under my log in but both say they are for a Harmony 600.
What happened? How did my account settings get changed back to the Harmony 600?
The Harmony One settings are a lot more complicated than what I had for the 600. Plus there are favorite channels with icons loaded on the Harmony One. I really hate to think I will have to start over if I ever have to change something on the Harmony One. Why can't the settings for my Harmony One be retrieved? They have to be out there somewhere.
If anyone has any insight on this or thinks they can help me, please share your information.
Thank you.

With your Harmony 600, did you use MyHarmony.com or the stand alone 7.7 software to program it?

I used both. At first I programmed the 600 with the MyHarmony site but found it to be too basic. I then reprogrammed it with the 7.7.0 software to get more finite control.
When I replaced the 600 with the Harmony One, I signed in on the same user account and overwrote the 600 settings when I set up the Harmony One.

When you upgraded to the 700, in the software did you use the Replace Remote option?

My problem has been solved. A second Logitech Customer Care Representative looked at my files and actually found a third account tied to my e-mail address. Two were for the 600 (one on myHarmony.com and the other on 7.7.0). The third account had my Harmony One settings.
Some how my computer "remembered" the user ID for the Harmony 600 so that is why I was connecting to the 600 settings instead of the Harmony One settings. I thought I had overwritten the 600 settings but apparently I unknowingly created a new log in ID when I was setting up the Harmony One.
Blame this "problem" on user error and not Logitech software. I am thankful this second representative dug a little deeper and found this third account. Otherwise I am afraid I would have ended up wiping the settings on my Harmony One and I would not have been happy.
All thanks to Logitech support on this one.
