Using the v7.7.0 software, I have had a lot of trouble logging in.

About 9 out of every 10 times, I have to anwer the security question and reset my password.

After doing this, I am sure to log out explicitly, hoping I won't have to go throught that again.

Also, the "remember me on this computer" has rarely worked, even though I check that check box.

My experience with the log in makes me wonder if I have forgotten my user name.  And notice, there is no way to ask what your user name is.  You can reset your password, but there is no way to get an email telling you what your user name is.  This can only mean that the user name is the same as your email address, which I have to assume is true.

You can access your Login ID or username of you Harmony Remote directly from the remote itself.

With regards to your software "remember me on this computer" flaw, it might be connected to clearing privacy data on your computer.
