Remote Control Software

Hello all,

   I am a new poster and have an issue...I purchased an vrc-1100 http://www.ortek.com/prod_detail.asp?pid=127&cname=Mobility>>Remote%20Control>>VRC-1100&ppid=103&id=...

and have mapped everything correctly.

I added Media center PC ->microsoft->MCE Keyboard

I also tried the Media Center SE....I see the commands

and tried all the keys (alt +4 )etc and none worked...I am using the ir receiver that came with ortek remote above...

I need it to learn shift + (anything)  or alt +(anything)  or ctrl + (anything) ....Is there a device in the database that

will work with my receiver?

I am trying to answer a skype call with the Harmony remote..The latest Skype allows for hotkey commands to be mapped but they are limited to shift  ctrl or alt + (some key)

I am running windows 7

please help....maybe I will need logitech level 2 help
