Has anyone found a way to set the code for the 'previous channel" button on the Harmony One remote? The harmony software does not list it as an available button, and I need to set it for my new TV. I'm using the 'down arrow' button temporarily, but it seems like a glaring omission to the software setup for the Harmony One.

I forgot to mention. This is under OS X 10.6.5

Harmony Remote Software version is 7.7.0

There is a Previous Channel button on the Harmony remote, it is below the Channel Down Button and has a U shapped arrow on it pointing towards the left

Thanks for the reply. I am referring to the software, not the remote itself. When trying to program the buttons, the Harmony Remote Software does not have a 'Previous Channel' button listed in the 'Customize Buttons' selections.

I'll give it a try. If so they need to update the manual or the software. The manual labels that button as "Previous Channel".

That did the trick. My new TV doesn't use the 'previous channel' setup in my rig and missing the 'back' button so to speak was a total pain.

What did the trick? How exactly did you solve your problem?

My Sony Bravia also does not support the "Prev Channel" button and so the Logitech software also does not.

I mean, that the "Prev Channel" is not available in the drop-down list of the software (MS Windows XP).

Bought my Harmony One last month (September 2011).
