I have had the same problem.

I contacted logitech by email and have been told that my case has been escalated to the level two support team.

I also mentioned this thread to them so hopefully they will fix their database.

Hello All,

I too use Plex at home, and was curious as to why it wouldn't work for you when I have no issues.  Unfortunately, it seems that on Dec 29th our database team made a change to this device without full understanding of Plex and it's functionality.

I have contacted our DB team and will work to restore functionality as it was previous.  I apologize for this error.

Just tried adding the Plex Player device again about 10 mins ago and, IT WORKS.

It seems that logitech have put all of the old commands back into their database and all the commands that I have tested work.

I have a recently purchased Harmony 700. I just attempted to set it up via myharmony.com, however I'm experiecing the same issue that all these individuals were complaining about. None of the button commands are available. My remote has zero functionality with Plex. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Strangely enough I was adding it again to a remote I have on MyHarmony.com and ran into the same issue, where I can't control it as no commands work.

I seem to have added it to that remote using "Plex" & "Plex Media Player" which is I guess is wrong.  

What I should have done was add it under "Plex" as the Manufacturer & "Plex Player" as the Model number.  Lesson learned for me, and I came on here to share so others don't end up in that same dead end as I did.
