I got the remote for father’s day. Very excited. I've had some issues with the Philips HTS since getting it from my kids for Xmas a few years ago.The combination of dedicated input buttons and Aux toggle buttons is vexing for controls. Yes, any call for Aux input will simply advance the toggle. Here's my work around in the Harmony one setup for Watch TV. Using the "add more controls" and "add controls for the PHTS page you will see that in the "send infrared command"dropdown list there is an option to input directly to MP3. I don't know why you can go directly to MP3 and not to Aux1 but you can. Add the input to Mp3 command to the list. Then do it again but add input to Aux1. This works because Aux 1 is the next toggle after mp3. On start up you should see the system go to Aux-then MP3- then back to Aux.

Another irritant has been that the system defaults to Party surround mode on startup when I want dolby surround to watch tv/dvds.

And it's another toggle button, so I added three "send surround toggle" commands at the end of the Watch TV activity. The first displays the current mode ("Party" at startup), the second toggles to "Stereo" and the third to "dolbyplII".

I have the X-Box on Aux2 so I did the same but with 2 aux commands after the MP3 on my Play Xbox activity.
