Hi,
I did a search for a solution to my problem but could not find anything. Please help me configure my Harmony One remote to switch between inputs correnctly. I can't make it work, and I've tried. My TV is a Philips32PF3320/10. It switches between Inputs by pressing an AV button that opens up a "source" list, then I select the source by pressing the DirectionDown button and affirm the selected source with DirectionRight button. I chose method 3 during the setup. Please help as my remote is usless without this basic function.
Cheers,
P

Put your Harmony remote in Device mode, select your TV, then look for Input commands on the LCD screen. If you find some, they will start with Input****, test them, if they work, then select Method 2 for input selection (discrete) even though your origina remote only has one button for input setting the Harmony database, in many cases, have discrete input commands available.

Dos the problem only occur when starting from an all off state, or when switching between Activities?

For the problem missing the input starting from an all off state, increase the Power On delay for the TV, for the problem missing the input when switching between Activities, increase the Inter-device delay for the TV

OK so making some progress! I deleted all the activities, and TV from the Devices and started fresh. Now the TV displays the Source menu correctly but does not cycle through the list as it should. This is the configuration I use:
http://shrani.si/f/34/N2/4jUsAqPU/cycle.png
And when I want to watch TV it should go to EXT 2 which is the third option, but the remote only gives out the "DirectionDown" command once so it always ends up on EXT 1. Even after I press Help and try to force the remote to learn to go down twice to EXT 2. I can though go to Devices, bring up the Source menu on my own and then select EXT 2 manually. But this isn't why we have the Activities feature.
Any help?

Anyone got any ideas? I REALLY need to get this working.
Why doesn't the remote go down twice using "DirectionDown" comamnd when it has the correct order of Inputs?

As is the case so often, I had to fix things all by myself. Such is life.
It turns out the Delays were the problem. I set the first delay to 11000ms, second to 0ms, third [crucial] to 1200ms and fourth to 500ms. Now it switches fine. Probably could tweak it to switch between button presses a bit faster but I'll leave it be. Thanks anyway, rhachey.
