I have the Onkyo TX-NR807/HT-RC180 receiver. There is a front panel button "Pure Audio" which is an audio mode that is NOT on the remote control. It is not in the Harmony database either. According to AVSForum, the device code is D26CD3. Can this be added to the database for everyone's use? If not, is there ANY way for me to do this myself? (If this code already appears in any OTHER Onkyo receiver database I could incorporate it, for example.)
Thanks in advance!!

Hi and welcome to the forum.
Logitech support will add to users' accounts hex codes in the standard Pronto format.
The code you have is different but you could try sending them the details.

How do I contact support without paying a fee? My Harmony unit is not under 90 days.....

Hi hjsaal,
You can add the TX-NR906 in for that IR command.

Thanks! I can make it work using the "other" Onkyo. Hopefully this code will enter the database for the HT-RC180 by its lonesome, so other won't have to futz around with a pseudo-receiver in order to issue this IR.

As it works for the 807 it might work for my 607, but I'd rather have some way of adding it to my account to try it, than to have to set up the 906 which I don't have room for in my devices list!

Onkyo has one standard set of IR codes, so if your received has this feature, then this is going to be the code....

Quite so, which makes it all the more annoying that Logitech are still including in the database a totally wrong set of commands for the Onkyo 608!

If anyone from Logitech wishes, I have the full official set of IR codes for all Onkyo products, sent to me by Onkyo support. Happy to forward it one, just direct email me.

Please - take the initiative - use the e-mail form at the end of the general Troubleshoot to send them the details, and request them on behalf of many 608 users, to make use of them!
