Programming the Harmony One

I recently acquired a Harmony One from my cable provider.   I successfully programmed several functions (A/V tuner/amp. and the CD player but ran into a glitch.  My TV is a Sharp Aquos and I split the cable signal into two SA Explorer 8300HD DVRs.   In the Harmony One, a designated one DVR as "DVR 1";   the second DVR as "DVR 2'.   One DVR is to record movies.  The second DVR is for recording TV program series.   The DVR outputs are via HDMI to the TV.   They TV inputs are designated 4 and 5.    The DVRs are also used as the tuners for the TV.   Using the original remote, I can toggle between Inputs 4 an 5 as needed.    Now for my problem:   Can I use the Harmony One to do this for me?    I.e.: operate the DVRs and the TV?

Thanks,

Hello skipperdodle

Just a reminder that this is a User to User Forum. Logitech employees do respond sometimes, but you may get better results trying to call or email them.

Thanks

Re: Programming the Harmony One

Tp SimonDan,

My post was not directed to a Logitech employee.   I was lookiing for some technical assistance from other users.    May I direct your attention to a FAQ from this site.    I believe my post is in accordance with the intent of this forum.    FYI, I was in an exchange of many emails with Support.    My issue was not resolved.
