Hi,

So I logged into my account for the first time in probably 6 months to make some modifications to my remote. All went well. Updated my remote, unplugged it, then went to test the TV. Seemed fine, only I forgot to program one small thing (device for sound control in an activity).

I went back to my computer to make this change, log in.... and am greeted with the initial setup screen. It's as if my remote configuration has been lost on my account.

Is there any way to recover this? As it stands I cannot make changes to my remote now without going through the rather long process of setting up absolutely every last device and macro again from scratch.

Remote still functions fine in all other respects.... Perhaps I can export the configuration and import it again? Please help.

Are you sure you logged in with the correct user name and password?

Yep. Absolutely certain. The first time I logged in I had to do a password recovery. Once that was done it came up with all of my correct devices and information.

Just experienced something similar, though not all settings are lost - "just" my many, many customizations of screen options and buttons.

I'm furious - I've slowly, over months, adjusted these settings to my liking. I've spent a lot of time making customizations. Now it's gone!

I replaced my received in the remote, but at least all customizations regarding screen options (not sure about physical buttons) have been reset - not just those associated with the replaced receiver, but all the other units I've had since day 1.

The customizations represent hours of work, so versioning is definitely in order. Logitech, seeing that I have no control over the data history for the customization website, how do I roll back?

I have quite a similar problem - I actually erroneously erased all configuration for my H555 to enter configuration for my new H300. Eventually I figured out that H300 is not supposed to be programmed with Logitech Harmony Remote Software, but rather with separate web application. As a result, I lost my H555 configuration. Hapilly I did not save new configuration and still have my H555 working. Now I want to make some changes to H555. Is it possible to somehow retrieve configuration from H555 into Logitech Harmony Remote Software? Got a lot of custom key sequences programmed .

That is not possible to transfer setting from your remote to the software, unfortunately you will have to program the remote over from scratch
