I used the myharmony.com site to set up my remote.  Now I want to do things like start and leave custom commands so I downloaded the 7.7 SW but the existing settings don't seem to transfer over.  Do I need to completely set it all up again?  Does the myharmony.com allow the custom commands?  Thanks.

You cannot transfer your settings from MyHarmony to the 7.7 software, you have to create a new account and program your remote over from scratch. There is no way to add additional commands to either the start or end of your activity using MyHarmony.com.  I might also add that the 7.7 software cannot be used to program either the 200, 300, or Link.

Thanks, I've got the 650 and the 7.7 is what I need to use to add those custom start and leave commands right?  So I guess I need to set up over again.  Does that mean I should reset the remote or something?  Is there anything else I should be aware of before I start?

You don't have to do anything to the 650, to clear it, once you setup the remote in the 7.7 software and Update the remote, it will erase the settings in your remote and replace the settings with the configuration in the 7.7 software.
