Hello

I have harmony 700 remote

I also have Konig cmp-mediarem12 remote( Microsoft media center remote)

looks like this

I can not find this in database so how do I add this unit ?

I have the same problem.

I also tried to manually program the remot but have problem with some buttons. OK button can be registered but the IR sensor can't see it.

What to do?
