I recently changed the TV for my Harmony 880. My set-up includes a DVD player. When I select the DVD player the source does not change to HDMI@. I have to use the TV remote. And likewise, when switching back to using the TV I have to use the TV remote to switch back to HDMI1 the input for the TV.

How can I fix this?

When you have this problem, are you using Activities?  Is the problem when starting from an all off state, or when switching between Activities, or both?

I checked. This happens from power on or when switching devises. Also I notice that the Harmony remote does not turn off the DVD player when switching back to TV mode.

For the problem of not switching to the correct input at startup, increase the Power On delay for the TV, for the problem of not going to the correct input when switching between activities, increase the inter-device delay for the TV.  For the DVD player not switching off when going to an Activity that does not include it, increase the Inter-device delay form the DVD player.
