Unable to change the input. If another activity is used, say DVD using input HDMI2, but the next activity is Watch TV using input HDMI1 then input HDMI1 is not selected. Have gone through the on remote troubleshooting, attempted changing some of the default timing values (delay between commands and delay after startup before issuing a command), and a few other means but no success. Considering a return on the BDV-N790W if I cannot find a resolution in a responsible amount of time. Have had the Harmony One for a few years now without a major issue like this to date.
I am using the latest remote software and firmward for the remote. I have defined a custom button (function) through IR programing and used the 4 method of customizing how the remote changes the input modes with the remote with no luck so far.

First, does using the Help button fix the problem?

The problem is with the remote code sequence. On the first issuance of the function code the unit just pulls up the display list of inputs. It then needs another IR blast of the function code to actually change the input. That's why mine is always 1 input off. Logitech needs to change their database to account for this behavior.

If the command list includes several starting with Input or SetInput you need to be using Method 2 for setting inputs.
Does it, and if so are you?
