Remote Control Software

I have two Harmony One remotes.  The confif for a WD Plus works great.  Selecting the activity leaves turn up devices and leaves the remote screen in the a device control feature with audio controled by the AV receiver.  The WD Live Hub is the problem.  All devices power up, and the controls work for navigating the WD Live Hub function on the display with the volume contolling the AV receiver, but the screen o the Harmony One reflects EJECT in the current activities.

I can select DEVICES, but doing so means I lose control of the AV Receiver.

How do I get the same look and naviation on the Live Hub that I have on my Plus without losing any of the features/functionality?

I've deleted the activity and device numerous times and it keeps coming back the same.
