Remote Control Software

My software has always worked fine, until today. Now it is just kind of dead. 

The software com,es up and is missing pretty much all the graphics. I cannot get it to do anything. I have looked and researched and am just stumped. 

I'm also seriously upset that despite the remote being only around 4 months old Harmony will give me ZERO support. That is just outragious. GARBAGE customer service for a very expensive remote.  (Harmony One)

Any ideas? I am just stumped. What i need to do is update the remote as I have a new TV. 

I should add that I have Windows 7.

I'm getting the same thing in Windows 7 and OS X 10.8.

Pretty bummed as I just got the remote yesterday and I'm trying to set it up.

Having the same problem here - no graphics at all. Running Windows 7.

Is anyone from Logitech monitoring these forums? This really needs to get fixed - I got a new TV, but my remote is pretty much useless at the moment because I have no way of updating it.

Same problem here, I tried both Windows 7 and Mac OS 10,6. Both just show the same garbage graphics

My ISP provider is COMCAST Cable out of Plainfield , NJ ,  IP is 68.36.106.201

I am also having the same same issue.  I'm located in Honolulu, Hawaii, with internet service from Oceanic Time Warner Cable.  Using Windows Vista 32-bit and Harmony 7.7.

I'm having the same issue. It looks like the backend website doesn't contain the images. Also, for the past few weeks, the site has been logging me off randomly while actively using the application. I had to retry my configurations many times before having the time to finish before being logged off.

I am having the exact same problem.  I am located in PA and using Time Warner Cable for my ISP.  I am running Windows 7 64-bit as my OS. 

Please get this fixed ASAP.  I paid good money for this remote and it is now useless as I need to reconfigure it for my new home theater equipment.

Thank you for providing the additional information.

We may have a solution that would resolve this for you. Please follow the steps below;

1. Log out of the Harmony Software and exit it from running in the System tray. (or reboot your computer)
2. Flush your DNS cache.  Example steps how to do this http://forums.eukhost.com/f15/how-clear-flush-dns-cache-windows-linux-mac-machines-6337/
3. Start the Harmony software, and try again

I stopped the systray app and flushed my dns cache but I'm still having the same problem: all images are broken.
