I have tried flushing the dns through both procedures, running everything as administrator, and am still having the same problem. I'm in Iowa and my ISP is CenturyLink. Any and all help is appreciated as my remote is essentially useless until the software starts working again.

Rebooting my router fixed it for me. Since most routers have a DNS cache module, it's necessary to reboot it to use the latest logitech IP address.

Just tried that as well, along with flushing my dns again. Still no luck. Thank you for the help. Hopefully somebody will have an idea that works.

The Harmony software doesn't work here either.
I'm using a Windows Laptop (with Windows 7 - 64 bit) and a iMac (OS X 10.7 Lion): the software doesn't work on both machines. Pity because I bought a new satellite-receiver and television, so now the Harmony Remote is rather useless...
I tried al the solutions offered here and from other forums but still the software doesn't work at all: after starting it, it shows a blank screen...
This problem must be resolved soon and please in a user-friendly way: after all not everybody is a computerexpert
My ISP is Telfort, I'm located in Delft (Netherlands), that explains my broken English ... Sorry for that...
