XM Satellite XMp3i Radio Controller

:smileyfrustrated:First of all let me say I love my Harmony 900 Remote!  Unfortunately I, and Best Buy's Geek Squad, are having one heck of a time trying to control my XM Satellite Radio XMp3i) that is used in a powered docking station to utilize my home A/V system.

Everything (Denon AVR-3803 receiver) is working properly except the Harmony will not operate the XMp3i at all.  When 1st

set up and programmed by the Geek Squad, it was working, but the on and off command were backwards.  I would have to

use the XM remote that came with the radio or turn it on or off by hand.  When the Geek Squad came up to reprogram the

Harmony, he adjusted the time lag (?) all the way in and all the way out, with no success.  Now, I have lost all commands,

whatsoever, with the Harmony, except turning on and off the receiver, which works just fine.  I have gone over and over the troubleshooting functions and reprogramming, but nothing changes.  Also, now when I click on devices, XM Controller, all I

get is a blank, off red screen.  No icon.  What am I, and the Geek Squad, doing wrong.  :smileysad:

Re: XM Satellite XMp3i Radio Controller

Hi GoldenK9,

I've check our database and your XM Satellite radio is supported and has the needed commands. Make sure that you added the device correctly on your Harmony 900 account. Please choose under Device, Music Player/Digital Music Server; use Sirius as the Manufacturer and use XMp3i as the model #. Resetup your activity that uses this Satellite Radio and update your remote.

Regards,
