Remote Control Software

I have set up my remote without any problems and I have been customising the display. The problem is it doesn't matter how I change the commands for the 'Watch a movie' or 'listen to music' display, it always has a blank first item top left on the first page.

e.g. If add 2 pages with 8 commands in total through myharmony.com, I get 3 pages on my remote. the first page has 3 commands on (1st item is blank) then page 2 with 4 commands and finally page 3 with a single command on it.

Can anyone tell me what I need to do to get this sorted out?

Have you added Favorite Channels & Images to your Watch TV Activity? If you have that is why you have the blank line on your LCD Screen. This is a bug in the program.

Thanks. Yes I have, I'll check when I'm at home tonight as to whether getting rid of the favourites sorts it out. Any idea if this bug is being fixed and when?

I doln't know if they are working on it but as soon as I deleated my Favorite channels the problem went away
