cannot set order of activities

I have a harmony 510. The delays are set properly in the software and remote. I CANNOT however, change the order of the base devices. I am getting pissed. In my "watch tv" activity for example..

when I hit "watch tv"-
theater turns on. tv turns on.
tv waits 27 seconds, turns input to "cable"

theater waits until AFTER tv is on, changes to "aux 1"

DUE TO THIS- my tv then automatically changes back to HDMI2 (regza link between tv and theater system)

I WANT: to set this stupid remote to change the blu-ray theater source to "aux 1" BEFORE the TV changes input to "cable". that was the entire point of setting delays, and now the stupid theater still doesn't switch at the right time. I cannot edit the order those devices do their activities after they are powered on.

PLEASE help.

Re: cannot set order of activities

Hey Traumahawk

Usually the remote will do everything while the TV waits the 27 seconds. Unless you have the theater set to something higher for Power on Delay like 28 seconds. Also turning off the HDMI-CEC (Regza Link) will make it easier for the harmony to switch properly.

Re: cannot set order of activities

How do i disable the regza link?

I actually have bypassed the issue by just adding an activity for the TV to change input at the end of everything... but i would love to just disable the regza link. i dont even know what function it serves aside from agitating me (the ONLY noticable thing it used to to is turn off theater when i powered off TV, but with the 510 remote, the power button turns everything off anyways)

Re: cannot set order of activities

Here are the basics I found... might not be for your model but try this

On original Toshiba remote hit Menu use left or right to select REGZA LINK

then press down to select Enable REGZA LINK and left or right to turn it to off

If that doesnt work you might have to look at the manual for your model number. Or I can if ya tell me what it is.
