Remote Control Software

 we bought a harmony 880 remote a few months ago off ebay. Anyway No matter what i try to do it doesnt seem to work . it was used but claim it worked. Ive updated software and program says its all ok updates succesful yet it still doesnt work. I had manually program with the learn feature for the cd player, and this to seemed to work it read my remote learned says is ok and still doesnt work. is there a bios or firmware update for this remote it has 4.4 on it now. Please help!

Hi,

did you check, whether the IR-Transmitters are working?

You can do that by using a Photo-Handy or a Digi-Cam.

While sending a command you must see white light on the Handy's/Cam's Display.

If  you don't see any white light, your Harmony seems to be broken.
