Hi all,

my problem is a bit tricky to explain but I will try and make it short. My AV receiver doesn't do 3d so i had to use an optical cable from the TV to the AV to get sound in there, the PS3 is plugged directly into the TV. all works well but when using the 'watch tv' activity, what I need the AV to do is go to the SAT input then the TV input (SAT has my sky box via hdmi and TV input is the optical cable for the audio) .

Is there a way to tell my harmony one to select 2 inputs (one after the other) for the AV receiver when starting up or is this not possible?

Thanks very much in advance for any help you can offer. I am willing to try anything at this point. It's driving me nuts!

If you are using the 7.7 software, you can add the second input command to the start of your activity but that may not work if you have to have the two input commands follow one after the other immediately

No they don't have to follow immediately one after the other so that should be ok. I am however a harmony virgin and don't know how to add the command the way you suggested. Would you mind pointing me in the right direction please?

OK then, in the software, select your Activity, select Settings, select Review settings for this activity, select Yes, but I want to add more control, select Save, then select a couple of Next's until you get to the custom actions screen where you can add additional commands to the start of your activity, here you can select your device then select the Input command that you need to add.  When done be sure to Update your remote.
