Remote Control Software

I have spent the last hour trying to update my harmony 100o using the new software 7.8 for mac , the software dosent not see the remote control connected via the usb , i have made sure i can see the hrmony in the network setup and it shows it is connected , need help please as I am pulling haur at this stage!

Do you mean a Harmony 1000 as there is no model 100.  You can download the latest Mac Harmony software here

yeh sorry i mean 1000 , i guess iwas so frustrated with it so i chopped a zero!

i have the lates softwear but my mac dosent communicate with the harmony , it just says plug the usb cable which is pluged in and update stay at zero?

You have the 7.8 Mac software, as that is the latest and only came out a couple of days ago?

yes i have version 7.8 usless update as i see from other posts here
