Remote Control Software

I bought a phillips hospitality tv but it only came with the "guest mode" remote control, in order to scan or add channels I have to be able to enter set-up mode. Does the software for this type of remote exist? Here is the model # RC2573GR that is the remote I need infra info from. Thanks.

inside the software, create a new Devide "TV" with manufacturer "Philips".

As model only type 5860D and take the 32HFL5860 from the list.

These remote profiles do not include the master remote functions.
