Re: 3.1 Update Notice and Download Issues

I also had mine stuck in a step 5 loop and then got the white triangle. After two days of trying anything I read here, I called support. After about 40 mins they advised me that they needed to replace the unit. I was happy that it was getting replaced, but upset when I found out that I needed to sent my unit in first before they would sent the replacement unit. So now I have to wait up to two weeks for my replacement unit and the tech wasn't even sure it would come with the update already installed. So I might be in the same boat even after the replacement comes. Logitech has really screwed up with me on this one. I have purchased one other unit as a gift, but I will be returning before 30 days if my replacment has any issues when I receive it.

My advice for anyone having the white triangle, start the replacment process now before the wait gets even longer.

Re: 3.1 Update Notice and Download Issues

For about past 3 weeks, my LogiTech Revue is not able to connect to Wifi. It was working fine for the previous several months just fine. (Using Wired is not an option, at least for now). All other devices in my home connect just fine to my Wifi router. Did LogiTech provide any firmware update recently that broke my connection?

Help!

Thanks for any suggestions to troubleshoot this.

Re: 3.1 Update Notice and Download Issues

Believe me if Logitech made and update on anything we would all drop dead in here! I have a similar problem with my Kindle reader. Sometimes it doesnt connect with my wireless and it also loses its address, which I have to reprogram in. In my case I found my router was dropping it as I have over 7 wireless things going at once. Its a common problem and the new specs for routers will address it I hope. try re-entering your wi-fi address and setting it up once again. If it works then you will know your router is dropping it. Unless of course there is something going on with the Revue.

Re: 3.1 Update Notice and Download Issues

I have already done the following a few times:

- Hard reboot the Logitech Device

- Remove and reenter my target WiFi router with authentication

But nothing has helped so far.

Thanks.
