Mine's fine now. My fiancé switched it on, clicked the Market App and it updated. Maybe she has the magic touch.

Has there been any word from the engineering department??? I've been stuck in this situation for quite some time now with no way out, as I'm sure a lot of other users are too - nothing has changed, still unsuccessful updates.

This problem started on March 7th... It is now March 23rd.
Logitech, do you have any update yet to solve the issue that many of us are having?
I know it's not a fix, but should we RMA our units, as non-functional, back to your offices? A hardware RMA may be less costly for Logitech than having hours of your Tech Support tied-up on phone calls by [many] others with this same issue. Please advise.

We have not been updated yet, but there would be no point to RMA and our agents wouldn't do one anyways because the replacements will not be any different as they will just have to go through the setup just as if it was straight out of the box.

Unbelievable. 3 weeks to update Market?
Perhaps a Logitech support person could download the current Market apk, which is free and is available from the GTVHacker source, and provide hosting for that apk on a reasonably available web site.
After waiting for several weeks, last night I downloaded the apk from the GTV location and the Market app loaded within seconds. Since Logitech has, supposedly, some kind of working relationship with Google, perhaps this would have been a first step in addressing a common problem.
I understand that the Revue is a low-priority project, but this solution takes a max of one minute to research, and a max of one minute to install. Might take three minutes to write up directions and post to this forum.
I'm extremely disappointed with the attention that's been given to the Revue in recent months.
