Apps

Are there any more apps available, other than the pre-installed?

Re: Apps

Dear Shafton and nu2revue

Just like Eferzz and towboy123 had informed, there are no new apps that you can install on the Revue itself.  You will be able to download apps from the Android Market after the New Update gets released. We are eagerly awaiting the release of the new HoneyComb Update.

Re: Apps

Kiruban, is it still in the weeks to come, or is it in the months to come now?

Re: Apps

Hello RZ,

I don't have any specifics on the exact date, keeping fingers crossed we should see something by next month.

Re: Apps

Is this update any closer than "soon"? It has been a month since you said "next month".

This unit is almost totally worthless at this point.

There is a more definitive estimation written by Ashish Arora on this blog post: (http://blog.logitech.com/2011/11/11/the-next-version-of-logitech-revue-with-google-tv-due-before-yea...)

Ashish Arora wrote:

And all owners of Logitech Revue will receive the automatic and free update of Google’s recently announced updated version of Google TV, which we expect to roll out before the end of the year.

Re: Apps

Well that certainly cleared it up!

That is very encouraging, sort of like "end of summer" or "fall" or "October".
