My Review worked perfectly up until it updated itself automatically and now most all web pages displayed in Chrome pop up an error message saying that the page(s) have become un-responsive. This is very frustrating and is unusable. The old version worked great. There are lots of complaints about this issue with Chrome and most people say to go into the properties of the Chrome shortcut and unclick compatability mode which would be fine on a PC but I don't see any way to do that on the Review.
Pages that display just fine in IE and FF on my PC cannot be displayed in Chrome now even thow they did prior to the update. Anyone experienced this and found a work around? My Review is essentially a paper weight as far as web browsing goes. I reset it and had to spend about an hour entering everything all over again but it didn't help.

Sorry I can't help, but just FYI, that 3.1 "update" has screwed up a LOT of things with Revue - most complain about the rampant crashing of Shockwave when trying to stream any kind of video (movies, shows, etc) , and it's the same thing, this too, worked fine before this so-called update.
Everyone is very frustrated, especially in light of the fact that Logitech has dropped the Revue - it has been discontinued with no replacement/upgraded unit etc., - they claim that they will "continue to support under our warranty policy," but that doesn't help us much with this issue so far. Logitech says it's a problem with Adobe & others, and so we are basically on our own until those other parties get *their* act together (I'm paraphrasing here) -
We Revue owners need to stick together and demand that Logitech DO something about this to actually insure that Revue delivers on ALL of it's claimed functionality, as otherwise, it is just that, a paperweight, and only a few of us on this board managed to get "lucky" and get their until at just $99, almost everyone else paid the full $299 - regardless of purchase price, the units were sold advertising certain functionality, and that functionality is basically gone.
Now there are some instructions on modifying some of the storage values for Adobe, forgive me as I do not have the link for you, but if you look in the Revue section of these boards, you will find a BIG thread there about the problems with Shockwave crashing, and in there you will find a set of instructions on how to modify those settings to help you out with the video streaming part of it, but it only works a little bit better, you still cannot watch any movies from just about any source, including Netflix- usually at about 20-45 minutes, Shockwave will crash again.
Sorry I'm not of more help to you, but I do urge you do continue posting here about your issues, and please join "us" in that other thread about the Shockwave crashing problems in the Revue section - the more of us there are, making noise, the better chance we stand of getting the functionality that this unit was sold under the promise of delivering.
Good luck!

Hello Gary12345,
I am sorry to hear about you having trouble viewing some sites on your Revue.
Have you tried power cycling your router or the Static IP option?
What sites are you having trouble with?
I would like to test them and see if the same thing happens and what message shows for me.

Hello Open60,
Can you list some sites that the drop downs are not working so I can test them a bit?
