Has anyone put a list of these shortcuts/hacks together in one place?

I was able to play the Borijas movie featured on that site. However the play back was very choppy. After figuring out where the stream was coming from I realized why. It is coming from Western Europe from the coutry of Georgia.

I have a Kenwood audio receiver, and a Vizio LED TV. I programmed both of them to work during the initial set-up of my Revue. I don't always use my Kenwood receiver for audio, so I defaulted volume control to my TV. Is there anyway I can have audio control on both devices at the same time using my mini-keyboard, or do I have to choose only one?

You can use the GTV Settings > Input devices > Customize Controller Keys control panel to assign the palette of commands available for either your Vizio or Kenwood devices. So, for example you can assign VolumeUp and VolumeDown commands to the [Search]+[Q] and [Search]+[W] buttons for one device, while the standard Volume Up and Down buttons on the keyboard handles the other device.,
