Here's a snippet from a logcat I took today. Still having that package not sigined correctly error. You'll notice that all the Google packages fail due to "Package install from content://downloads/my_downloads/22 failed: Package file was not signed correctly." However the NBA system app updates sucessfully. Can we get some apks that are signed correctly PLEASE!?!

So this is how it is , no help, because they are not making hardware no more. No software support and not releasing code so we can fix it our selves. I would not care about the store but I can not update the apks. Hope that I never have to restore , then I can not use the box anymore. come on people get you butts in gear logitech.

Cat --> It's happening inside the USA... as in Florida. Market refuses to update. It just stays on the same screen. The net result is no access to the Market and no updates for any other Google apps.

Atleran --> Unfortunately, I am afraid that you might be right in that we are no longer a priority for them. This problem has been around since the arrival of Google Play and despite many posts here, in other threads and elsewhere, Logitech simply replies "we will pass it on to our engineers". Are there any engineers working on this? Any ETA?

My fear is that they know exactly what is needed but "corporate" doesn't want to invest any money into a "dead end" product. Pity for us as we are not important for them (no need to support a dead end product and they are ready to accept the frustration and loss of a minority of users).

Lucky for me, I am one of those who only paid $99 @ Best Buy for my new Revue and not $399. However, no matter how much we paid for it, we deserve an answer. If Logitech is unwilling to invest then so be it... but tell us so that we can make our decisions regarding this product.

I went from a functional Revue to a crippled one which can no longer be updated from The Market. (sigh)

I just wanted to chime in and say that I'm experiencing the same issues. We all know Logitech isn't interested in supporting the Revue anymore, but those of us who did buy it right away to support the platform need a little help. I can't get new apps now, the Android Market and Google Play apps are both gone, and half of the apps I had installed are gone. I don't even have the nice TV and Movies portal. I can browse the web and use Netflix, and that's about it.

Clearly a lot of us are having this problem - why don't you guys work with the Google TV team, let THEM take over updating the Revue for us, and move on? We just want a functional device. If there were other Google TV options out now I'd dump the thing and stop buying Logitech products, but we're stuck. Please, figure out what's going on or give us a direction to go. OR put the code out there, unlock the device, and let the community take it over.

I now have A LOT of porn apps showing up in Google Play when I didn't before.  How do I filter the content in Google Play on the Revue?

There is another Google TV box out there, it just includes a blu-ray player. It's the Sony Internet TV NSZ-GT1. Everyone I know that has one loves it.
