Hi there
probably the age old question, but I wasn't to successful on my Google search in regards to this topic and thouhght i post it here & see if i get more clarity, before i bought the Keyboard i did read a post that said that the keyboard would function directly with Sony Bravia TV's just by paring the keyboard on your pC in my case and after that was sucessfull one could plug it directly into the Sony Bravia tv and it would work...not the case i plug in the Unifying USB device and it tell's me that its not supported.
I there a solution , or do i have to purchase Logitech Revue in order to use my keyboard with my Google TV, browsing with hte Sony Bravia Remote is a pain of note , reason why i bought the keyboard.
thx for the feedback

Hi onearmedbandit,
The Logitech K700 Keyboard is made for our Logitech Revue and also for Google TV Ready TV's.
Please note: Google TV Ready is different from Powered by Google
Therefore, If your Sony Bravia is a Google TV Ready then it should be compatible with our K700 keyboard.
I hope this information was helpful.

Hi, I'm encountering the same problem. I bought a Sony Bravia 60EX723 through www.sony.com and a Logitech mini controller TV730 (also through Sony.com) since it was offered to control the TV easier. When I plugged the unifying usb into the TV it says that "this usb device is not supported". I called Sony and they told me that the TV needed the driver installed in the TV and that they were sending me a usb device containing it. I have not received it yet. Can you confirm that this is the solution?
thank you.

Is the K700 supposed to function well with the Vizio Co-Star GTV set-top box? I read in another forum that a Co-Star user paired the Logitech Revue mini-keyboard to the Co-Star and it didn't function very well:
I mean he could do basic typing with it - however some of the dedicated GTV command keys didn't work. So I assumed that the K700 keyboard would more or less function the same as the Revue mini-keyboard when paired with the Vizio Co-Star.
I have however read that the K700 keyboard when paired to the Sony GTV devices will work pretty good.
